DELIVERY AREAS
In order for your customers to receive deliveries, you must stipulate the areas where you deliver to. For this purpose, we use an innovative polygon generator based on Google Maps. Here you can specify both district and zip code areas, however, you can also draw areas yourself. The video explains how to define delivery areas.
Deliveries outside the delivery area
You can also deliver to customers outside of the delivery area. However, this only works via the POS system. To do this, you must first specify a delivery area that you want to deliver to. You must then click on the “requires confirmation” option when configuring the delivery area.
If a customer is located in this delivery area, the POS system asks whether they want delivery or whether the customer wants to pick up the order themselves.
