In the store settings you will find the tab “Opening hours”. The regular opening hours are entered here. If you are also closed during the day for a specified time, you can also enter a time period in which online orders will not be accepted. For example, if you are normally open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but are closed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, then the opening hours will be indicated in the format shown below.
If, for example, a public holiday is coming up, you can also indicate days on which the system will be closed under the opening hours. If the store is not available for the entire day, enter the closing day as follows:
If you are only open for a certain period on a public holiday or a day off, the day has to be configured differently. If, for example, you are only open from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the day the store is closed must be entered as follows:
First, the time until opening (00:00 AM to 3:00 PM) is now defined as the closing day. The second step is to add another day for closing, which includes the time period  from the  end of opening hours to the end of the day (5:00 – 11:59 PM) .
Automatically transfer an online order (for franchise clients)
 If it should happen that one of your stores is closed and the orders from the online shop, app and portal are to automatically be sent to another store, we will explain to you here how this works.
In the store settings you will find that option that allows you to select the store to which the online orders are to be automatically transferred under the opening hours tab in the upper part of the screen. Online orders are portal, online shop or app orders. It is not possible to transfer orders to multiple stores.
Store A is closed and the orders from Store A are to be transferred to Store B.
Beforehand, you must ensure that the delivery area of the closed Store A, is already entered for Store B.
It is important that you check the box “requires confirmation”.
This ensures that orders that are received or processed by phone in Store B can also be entered into the system.
