Via the article price matrix you can quickly and effectively enter new prices into the system. You can only enter prices per merchandise category. If you are the partner of a store, only your own store is displayed. If article maintenance is managed centrally for several stores, you can choose between several stores. However, the prices can only be stored individually for each store. If you want to enter the same price for several stores simultaneously, you can only do this within the article master data. If no prices have been entered yet, you must enter them manually here. For example, you can define the prices for the delivery and then use this data as the basic data for all other price levels. Furthermore, articles can also be activated and deactivated here. Before you can start price maintenance, however, you must first create the price levels.
In the matrix behind each price level you will find an “Edit” button and can use various formulas to calculate the pricesfor counters and personnel.
In our example, we want to set the prices for the personnel. There is a 50% discount on all delivery prices. To do this, we click on the “Edit” button behind Personal. Then we use the delivery prices as the original price level and multiply allprices by a factor of 0. 5, i. e. only 50% of all prices are calculated and thus we have completed our price level for the staff with one click.
You can also do this with a pickup discount. Let’s assume the pickup discount is 30%. So you click again on the “Edit” button behind the price category Take-Away/Abholer, take as original price category Delivery again and use the multiplier of 0. 7, because we only want to use 70% of our daily delivery price.
You can also define a fixed price for all articles instead of a percentage calculation. In addition to the multiplication, an addition or subtraction of a certain value can also be carried out. That’s up to you.
If all prices are stored accordingly, you should also ensure that all price levels are stored correctly in the store settings.
