To grant or deny employees access to certain areas, first create the employee permissions under Stores. You can then assign a password to the respective employees.  You can edit employees by clicking on them. You can assign a password for the employee in the basic data.

When you are done, click on the tab “Employee privileges”. From there, you can determine which areas the employee has access to. Activate the respective check boxes in the “Authentication” column.
