The customer list provides you with a comprehensive tool that enables you to filter and export your customers based on various criteria. You can use this information for statistical evaluations, marketing or customer reactivation. It is entirely up to you to decide how you want to combine the filters.
Once you have filtered the customer data, you can export it as an Excel file or generate address labels for printing. You can specify a discount code that will be printed along with the receipt.
If you want to edit the customer profile of a specific customer, you can do so by clicking on the pen icon. This will open the customer’s folder.

In the e-mail overview, all e-mails that were automatically sent to a customer are recorded. This enables you to check whether, for example, discounts for complaints or order confirmations have been sent out.
