Cash ledger templates can be used to predefine special cash ledger entries. This is useful, for example, if certain checking accounts are to be set up for fuel expenses.
First, specify the name. You can then also enter a transaction text and create a new category. You can also define the tax rate and whether it is a revenue or an expenditure.
The cash ledger templates appear when you click on “Add entry” in the POS or Admin.
